Jason Krings
Physical Therapist
Jason was born and raised in Nebraska where he attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a major in Exercise Science. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has enjoyed working with athletes of all ages and sports. His treatment philosophy is to correct muscle imbalance and teach proper movement mechanics to improve performance whether that be at a competitive level or relative to daily functional ability. Jason uses a combination of manual therapy, corrective exercises, and flexibility exercises to create individualized plans for patient success. Jason is dedicated to life-long learning and is always looking for ways to expand knowledge to provide the best treatment available.
In his free time, Jason enjoys golf, snowboarding, mountain biking, and resistance training.
