As a competitive international junior cyclist, I understand the importance of being injury free, yet after being hit by a car I was in need of some special care. Matt Kramer, with his own athletic passions, understood my need and desire to get back on the bike healthy, strong and fast. After being evaluated by Matt, he developed a personalized rehabilitation program that addressed my specific injuries. Throughout the rehab course he gave me insight into the recovery and strengthening process that gave me a deeper understanding into my own physiology.
